The day we call Good

There's a reason why today, of all other days is called Good. This is the 6th day, both proverbially and Scripturally historical - a day in which man was made. It pleased God that, also on this day, a new Man would be made, not by mere dust now, but by blood and water. Here is a tale of two Fridays,  one a consequent of the other. While the first reminds us of death, the second gives us a hope of a life restored (though through death). On this day, both the Christian and the Muslim will take a sacred fast: the Muslim, because of the first creation; the Christian, because of the second creation. On this day also, the Jew and Christian prepare for passover: the Jew, to commemorate the old, sealed with the blood of the Ewe's lamb; the Christian, the new, consummated with the most precious blood of God's Lamb. Today, the three Abrahamic races have something to agree on - not the substance, but a hope of salvation. All may not accept Christ as the Lamb, but there is a lamb. All may not agree on the substance of man's redemption, but there is a man. This is the day God made Man, and found that he was good. This, again, the day He rescinded His death sentence on man and gave him a chance to live again, like the first man, but by neutralizing that sting of death. Man is born again today, and if He so chooses, wouldn't have to die again. Today must be good because, death which is man's one nemesis, has finally died... Now, if anyone must die, they'd have to resuscitate death....and that wouldn't be blamed on God, but on the choice one would've taken
